Luanda - The country recorded, in the last 24 hours, 100 new infections, five deaths and three recovered.

According to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, who was updating the data, among the new positive cases is one in Benguela and an equal number in Soyo (Zaire), both involving citizens who violated the Luanda sanitary fence.

Newly infected people are between 10 and 83 years old.

The list includes 82 male patients.

Regarding deaths, Franco Mufinda said that they involve patients who were hospitalized in the Sagrada Esperança clinics, with one, Girassol, with two, and in the hospitals of the Zona Económica Especial (Viana) and Barra do Kwanza, both with one case.

Angola has an accumulated of 1,672 positive cases, with 1,030 active, 567 recovered and 75 deaths.
