Luanda - With Luanda being, until now, the epicenter of covdi-19 in the country, the municipality of Belas is the most recovered case, with a total of five of the 11 recovered patients, followed by Talatona (03), Maianga (1), Sambizanga (1) and Ingombota (1).

According to the newsletter of the last 24 hours on the covid-19 pandemic, Angola imported cases in Portugal (79%), Spain, South Africa, Brazil, USA, Netherlands, Cuba and Guinea Conakry, all represent 22 percent.

The bulletin provided by the Interministerial Response Commission to Covid-19 informs that Belas has a total of eight cases, five of which have been recovered.

The urban district of Maianga is the region of Luanda that registered the most cases, in a total of 11, one recovered and two deaths, followed by Talatona, with nine active cases, three of which recovered, while with cases still sick are Viana (3 ), Cazenga (1), Kilamba Kiaxi (1).

In the total of 35 (with eight local transmission) positive cases registered in the country, 27 of which imported from Portugal, Cuba and South Africa, Sambizanga and Ingombota have one case each, all of which have already been recovered.

Ages range from 0-9 years (17.1%), 10 to 19 (8.6%), 20-29 (17.1%), 30-39 (31.4%), 40-49 (11.4%), 50-59 (11.41 TP1T), more than 60 (2.9%).

The country has 412 suspected cases under investigation, 957 direct and occasional contacts followed and 908 people in forty institutions.

INIS

The National Institute for Health Research (INIS) analyzed 3,547 samples, with 35 positive, 2,705 negative and 807 in processing.

CISP

The Integrated Public Security Center (CISP) received 81 calls, all related to inquiries about covid-19.

High in quarantines

A total of 47 people were released from quarantines, five in Luanda, Lunda Norte (03), Cabinda (03), Huambo (02) and Zaire (34).

Regarding the rapid response team, it received four alerts of suspected cases, which after investigation were all discarded.
