Luanda - The Angolan health authorities reported, on Sunday, the diagnosis of 117 new cases and two deaths, in the last 24 hours.

According to the clinical bulletin to which ANGOP had access, 103 cases were registered in Luanda, 7 in Cuanza Norte, 2 in Cabinda, 2 in Huíla, 1 in Huambo, 1 in Uíge and 1 in Zaire.

Among the new patients, whose ages vary from 1 to 83 years old, there are 56 males and 61 females.

Deaths were recorded in Luanda.

The laboratories analyzed 3,310 female members.

The overall picture shows 25,609 cases, with 579 deaths, 23,092 recovered and 1,938 active. Of the assets, 8 are in critical condition, 12 severe, 78 moderate, 54 mild and 1,786 asymptomatic.

In detention centers, 152 patients are present, while 121 citizens are in institutional quarantine.

The authorities maintain 1,436 contacts under epidemiological surveillance.
