Covid-19: Angola registers 16 more infected and one death

Luanda - Health authorities registered, in the last 24 hours, another death and 16 new positive cases.

The death, according to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, who was updating the data, is of a 42-year-old patient who was hospitalized at the Luanda General Hospital.

Regarding the newly infected, Franco Munfinda informed that 15 were registered in Luanda and one in Cuanza Sul (imported from the Angolan capital involving a 35-year-old citizen).

Franco Mufinda said that the new cases involve 8 women and an equal number of men, whose ages range from 2 to 82 years.

With the newly infected, the country counts 932 positive cases, with 40 deaths, 242 recovered and 650 active (14 in critical condition, three of which require hemodialysis).
