Luanda - The country registered, in the last 24 hours, 16 new infections, three deaths and 17 recovered patients.
According to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, during the data update, of the new positive cases, all from the province of Luanda, 12 are male and four are male, aged between 20 and 78 years old .
Franco Mufinda said that of the three deaths, two are from Angolan patients, aged 70 and 51, one male and one female, respectively, and a citizen of Ethiopian nationality, 46 years old.
Regarding recovered patients, he said that there are 16 in Luanda and one in Cabinda.
The country has 2,981 positive cases, with 120 deaths, 1,215 recovered and 1,646 active.
Of the active cases, four are in critical condition with invasive mechanical ventilation, 19 severe, 48 moderate, 44 with mild symptoms and 1,531 asymptomatic.
Among the active cases, 375 are admitted to treatment centers across the country.
