Luanda - The health authorities announced, on Friday, the registration of 134 new cases and the recovery of 32 patients, in the last 24 hours.
Among the new cases, according to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, 112 were diagnosed in Luanda, 12 in Cabinda, 2 in Benguela.
In the list of new cases, whose ages vary from 4 to 78 years, there are 66 males and 68 females.
Among the recovered patients, 17 reside in Luanda, 14 in Benguela and 1 in Lunda Sul.
In the last 24 hours, laboratory technicians processed 2,151 samples, with a daily positivity rate of 6.2 percent.
The country has 23,442 positive cases, with 549 deaths, 21,589 recovered and 1,104 active. Of the assets, three are in critical condition, 10 severe, 41 moderate, 28 mild and 1,022 asymptomatic.
44 citizens are in institutional quarantine, while 82 people are admitted to treatment centers.
The authorities maintain 1,133 positive case contacts under epidemiological surveillance.
