According to the National Director of Public Health, Helga Freitas, who was updating the data today (Thursday), the newly infected ones involve citizens aged between two and 19 years old.

Helga Freitas also reported the registration of a case in Sumbe, capital of Cuanza Sul and one in Benguela, with the rest being patients from Luanda.

Among the newly infected are 75 male patients.

The two deaths involve patients from Luanda and Sumbe (Cuanza Sul).

The country has accumulated 1,483 positive cases, with 64 deaths, 520 recovered and 899 active.

Of the assets, two are in critical condition, with assisted invasive mechanical ventilation, 18 in severe condition, 25 moderate, four mild symptoms and 850 asymptomatic.
