Luanda - Angolan health authorities have reported the recovery of 301 patients, 89 new cases and one death, in the last 24 hours.

 

The data appear in the health bulletin to which ANGOP had access, indicating the recovery of 295 patients residing in Luanda, 4 in Huíla, 1 in Benguela and 1 in Malanje.

According to the document, among the new cases, 81 were registered in Luanda, 5 in Cabinda and 3 in Zaire.

Among the new patients, whose ages vary from 1 month to 66 years, 49 are male and 40 are female.

In the last 24 hours, lab technicians processed 2,414 samples.

The country has 23,331 positive cases, with 550 deaths, 21,890 recovered and 891 active. Of the assets, two are in critical condition, 11 severe, 41 moderate, 30 mild and 807 asymptomatic.

38 citizens are in institutional quarantine, while 84 people are admitted to treatment centers.

The authorities maintain 1,133 positive case contacts under epidemiological surveillance.
