Covid-19: Angola with 24 new cases, one death and 62 recovered

Luanda - The health authorities registered, until 7 pm on Friday, 24 new cases of infection, one death and 62 recovered.

According to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, who updated the data, in the list of new positive cases there are seven from Soyo (Zaire), six from Cabinda and a record in Caxito (Bengo).

Franco Mufinda said that the new patients are between 12 and 57 years old, 16 of whom are male.

The Covid-19 pandemic has already infected 2,068 people in Angola, with 94 deaths, 804 recovered and 1,170 active cases.

Of the assets, four are in critical condition under and with invasive mechanical ventilation, 14 in severe condition, 31 moderate, 29 with mild symptoms and 1,029 asymptomatic.
