Luanda - On Monday, health authorities announced the recovery of 252 patients, 193 new cases and three deaths.

According to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, who spoke at the data update session, the province of Cuanza Norte registered 61 new cases, Luanda, with 52, Malanje 42, Huíla 25, Uíge five, Namibe four, Moxico three and Cabinda a case.

The new patients, a total of 127 males and 66 females, are aged between 2 to 71 years.

The three deaths, according to Franco Mufinda, were recorded in the province of Luanda, involving male patients.

In terms of recovered, he advanced, 228 were in Luanda, 16 in Benguela, four in Cabinda, three in Cuanza Norte and one in Zaire.

Angola has a record of 11,228 cases, with 289 deaths, 5,172 recovered and 5,767 active. Of the assets, 18 are in critical condition with invasive mechanical ventilation, 31 severe, 152 moderate, 367 with mild symptoms and 5,199 asymptomatic.
